報名須知

一．活動時間、地點 

1.活動日期：2024年9月21日（星期六）

2.活動時間：

全天分為4個場次，上午、下午各兩個場次：

出發(fā)時間上午9:00-10:00

出發(fā)時間上午10:00-11:00

出發(fā)時間下午14:00-15:00

出發(fā)時間下午15:00-16:00

分批起跑，間隔5-10分鐘。

3.活動地點：上海市浦東新區(qū)森蘭綠地中段

二．報名時間

報名開啟后，報完即止。鑒于The Color Run?在上海的受歡迎程度，所有名額有可能在短時間內(nèi)報滿，請彩色跑者們在第一時間報名。各位選手可以在The Color Run?上海站報名整體結(jié)束后，在The Color Run?官方小程序查詢報名結(jié)果。

三．報名方式

1．2024 The Color Run?上海站均為線上報名。

2．參賽者必須如實填寫個人報名資料，經(jīng)官網(wǎng)、官方微信小程序、授權(quán)的第三方報名合作平臺報名。

四．報名資格

（一）參賽者年齡要求

參賽者限6周歲及以上（2018年9月21日前出生），18歲以下未成年人參賽需要求其監(jiān)護人或法定代理人簽署參賽聲明；

（二）參賽者身體狀況要求

有下列身體狀況者不宜參加比賽:

1.先天性心臟病和風濕性心臟病患者；

2.高血壓和腦血管疾病患者；

3.心肌炎和其它心臟病患者；

4.冠狀動脈病患者和嚴重心律不齊者；

5.血糖過高或過低的糖尿病患者；

6.比賽日前兩周以內(nèi)患感冒；

7.其他不適合運動的疾病患者；

8.孕婦；

9.呼吸道疾病或粉塵過敏者。

五．注意事項 

1.報名者應真實、準確填寫報名信息（姓名、性別、有效證件號碼、聯(lián)系電話等）。

2.報名者如實填寫報名信息，填寫完成后提交報名信息，報名時需全額繳納報名費用。The Color Run?上海站報名整體結(jié)束后，可通過官方小程序查詢報名結(jié)果，顯示報名信息者即報名成功。

3.報名成功的參賽者，賽前憑本人報名訂單生成的領物二維碼及本人簽署的免責聲明領取參賽物品?；顒釉试S代領參賽物品，被委托人應持委托文件原件，委托人簽署的免責聲明原件、委托人參賽物品領取碼及被委托人有效證件原件或復印件領取參賽物品。

4.報名成功后，報名信息不能更改

5.退款條件：參賽日兩周前，且在各購票平臺客服人員正常工作時間段（10：00-18：00）內(nèi)，購票人若需退票可申請全額退票，退票申請在2024年9月6日18點截止。

上述退票僅支持整單整退（僅支持整單中所有門票全退）。

2024年9月6日18點起，不再受理退票申請。

6.入場規(guī)則：須攜帶報名人在購票時填寫的本人有效身份證件實名驗證后入場。

7. 由于參賽服制作工期長，已于報名前進行制作，部分尺碼數(shù)量有限，請予以理解和配合。

8.禁止攜帶旗幟、旗桿、橫幅、條幅、違禁食品、管制刀具、打火機、冷焰火、上海市軌道交通禁止攜帶物品及非The Color Run官方的彩色粉末等物品。

Event Information of 2024 The Color Run? Shanghai

1)Event Date and Venue 

1.Event Date: September 21, 2024 (Saturday)

2.The event will be staged from 8:30 and 12:00 in the morning and from 13:30 to 17:00 in the afternoon. Participants will start in waves during 9:00-11:00 in the morning and 14:00-16:00 in the afternoon and the intervals between waves will be around 5-10 minutes. 

3.Venue: Sunland Park in Pudong District

2)Registration Period

The registration has begun and will end as soon as the slots are sold out. Given high popularity of The Color Run? in Shanghai, the slots are very likely to be sold out in a short period of time. It is highly recommended to secure your slot at your earliest convenience. After the registration process of 2024 The Color Run? Shanghai is completed, all participants can log on the official WeChat mini program of The Color Run? to check the registration results.

3)How to register

1．2024 The Color Run? Shanghai is required to register online.

2．All participants are required to submit authentic personal information through The Color Run?’s official website, official WeChat mini program, and other authorized registration platforms.

4)Registration Qualification

1．Age Qualification: participants must be born in or before 2018 (older than 6-year-old). Guardians or legal representatives of the participants, who are under 18-year-old, are required to sign the event disclaimer.

2．Physical Qualification: the participants under the following conditions are not allowed in this event, including but not limited to:

a)Congenital heart disease & rheumatic heart disease

b)Hypertension and cerebrovascular diseases

c)Myocarditis and other heart diseases

d)Coronary artery disease and severe arrhythmia

e)Diabetics with high blood sugar or low blood sugar

f)Catching a cold within two weeks before the event

g)Any symptom that is not suitable for running

h)The pregnant women

5)Notice

1.All participants should submit personal information authentically and correctly, including name, sex, ID number and phone number.

2.All participants must provide the complete personal information and pay the registration fee in full. After the registration process of 2024 The Color Run? Shanghai is completed, registration results will be available to check through the official WeChat mini program of The Color Run?. The registration is successful if personal information can be found in the system. 

3.All participants will need to pick up event packs/bags with the signed disclaimer and the QR code in the official WeChat mini program of The Color Run?. If you are unable to collect your event pack, someone else can collect it on your behalf with a signed consent letter providing permission from you, the disclaimer signed by you, your QR code in the official WeChat mini program of The Color Run? and ID or a copy of ID of the person who will collect the event pack.   

4.Once registered, the personal information cannot be changed.

5.Refund policy: you can apply for full refund through your registration platforms during office hours (10am-6pm) by COB September6, 2024. After 6pm, September 6, 2024, the registration fee will not be refunded any more. 

6.Please be aware that you must bring the original ID you used to register 2024 The Color Run? Shanghai to check in the event on September.21, 2024.

7.Due to the long lead time of production and transportation, official apparels in various sizes have been ordered before the registration process starts. Your understanding is much appreciated.
